Make the fastest meal ever.  The Mac and Cheese twist (KD).  One box of Mac and Cheese about $1.50 and one can of smoked oysters in oil about $3.00.  half an onion, one small chilli, one tomato and a clove of garlic.  Cut the onion into slices, chop the chilli, tomato and garlic.  Boil the water make the Mac and Cheese.  In another pan sautee (with butter) the onions, garlic and chili then add the tomato.  Some vinegar, lemon or lime juice into the mix.  Drop in the oysters when the onions look caramalized (limp and brownish) to warm up. Salt and Pepper!  Add the oyster mixture to the Mac and Cheese and you have a great tasting diner.  Red wine will go will with it.  Chin Chin!
